When we first saw this home, the space was painted a pale green- with nothing in it but a navy sectional.
I popped the wall and the fireplace with a chocolate/grey flat Benjamin Moore paint along with switching out a fraise’ beige carpet. I first thought about bringing in wood floor throughout that space, but ultimately went with the carpet insert as previously constructed.
I chose a really great Beaulieu Product (carpet manufacturer) color is Platinum Lining #24 of a tight weave in squares on squares. I chose two taupe sofas (with a velvet look) complimented by grey accents of silver studded grey pillows and a full, rich silver throw.
The lamp was purchased a Pier One – and has tones of pewter/gold and bronze. The horse is about 24″ on a fantastic rough hewn farm sofa table with metal legs. The coffee and end tables are glass with bronze legs.
